Home Adaptations for Seniors Independence Program (HASI)
Low income clients who are 65 years and older with difficulties with activities of daily living. Up to $3500 for modifications to the home that are fixed.

Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP)
Low income homeowners, tenants or landlords of rental units. Up to $16,000 - $24,000 every 15 years for permanently installed accessibility items.
